 1 March 2016: Deadline for early bird registration

 15 March 2016 : at least one author of the accepted abstract(s)
​                                  must have registered and paid for the fees

 8 May 2016 evening: Welcome reception

 9-12 May 2016: Conference​

 13 May 2016: Tours, satellite workshops (optional)

 01 september 2016, deadline for full article submission to JAAP special issue.
